Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 can (5 ounces) salmon, drained
- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut avocados in half and remove the pits.
- In a small bowl, combine drained salmon, red onion, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the salmon mixture into the avocado halves.
- Serve immediately.

- You can use smoked salmon instead of canned salmon.
