Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix yogurt, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet (about 1/4-inch thick).
- Press raspberries into the yogurt layer.
- Freeze for 4 hours or until solid.
- Break into pieces and serve immediately.
