A light and refreshing lime dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 package (3 ounces) lime gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (13 1/2 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir in cold water.
- Chill until partially set.
- Beat until fluffy.
- Fold in sour cream, pineapple, and pecans.
- Pour into a 1-1/2-quart mold or serving dish.
- Chill until firm.
Notes
- Ensure gelatin is partially set before beating.
- Drain pineapple if you prefer a less moist dessert.
