Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale, stems removed, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C).
- In a large bowl, toss kale and apple slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the kale and apple in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until kale is crispy and apples are slightly softened.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder or nutritional yeast.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
