Description

Crispy and flavorful kale and apple chips.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bunch kale, stems removed, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss kale and apple slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the kale and apple in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until kale is crispy and apples are slightly softened.
  5. Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder or nutritional yeast.
