Description
A classic salad with grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, croutons, and Caesar dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup croutons
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Brush with olive oil.
- Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let rest for a few minutes, then slice.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
- Add sliced grilled chicken to the bowl.
- Pour Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use store-bought or homemade Caesar dressing.
- Add other toppings like cherry tomatoes or bacon bits if desired.
- Ensure chicken is fully cooked before serving.
