Description

A classic salad with grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, croutons, and Caesar dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Brush with olive oil.
