Description

A classic no-bake cheesecake with a graham cracker crust and creamy filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract. Pour filling into the crust.
  4. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
