Ingredients

- 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp honey (optional)
- 4 cups brewed green tea, cooled
- 2 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Brew green tea and let it cool to room temperature.
- Muddle mint leaves gently in a pitcher to release flavor.
- Add cucumber slices and lemon juice to the pitcher.
- Pour cooled green tea and cold water into the pitcher.
- Stir in honey if using.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour to infuse flavors.
- Strain and serve over ice.
Notes
- Replace honey with agave syrup for vegan version.
- Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Add more cucumber slices for stronger flavor.
- Use filtered water for best taste.
