A zesty, creamy dressing perfect for salads, tacos, or bowls. Combines fresh cilantro, lime, and Greek yogurt for a tangy flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves (packed)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 2–3 tbsp water (to adjust consistency)
Instructions
- Add cilantro, lime juice, yogurt, olive oil, garlic, honey, salt, and cumin to a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Add water 1 tbsp at a time until desired thickness is reached.
- Taste and adjust salt or lime juice as needed.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Notes
- Substitute sour cream for Greek yogurt for a richer texture.
- Use within 5 days for best flavor.
- Shake well before serving if separation occurs.
