Description

A zesty, creamy dressing perfect for salads, tacos, or bowls. Combines fresh cilantro, lime, and Greek yogurt for a tangy flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves (packed)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 23 tbsp water (to adjust consistency)

Instructions

  1. Add cilantro, lime juice, yogurt, olive oil, garlic, honey, salt, and cumin to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Add water 1 tbsp at a time until desired thickness is reached.
  3. Taste and adjust salt or lime juice as needed.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

  • Substitute sour cream for Greek yogurt for a richer texture.
