Description
Easy and healthy cottage cheese wrap pinwheels.
Ingredients
- 2 large whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup cottage cheese (low fat)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay wraps flat.
- Spread an even layer of cottage cheese on each wrap.
- Sprinkle chives and dill over the cottage cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll wraps tightly.
- Slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate.
Notes
- Use any fresh herbs you like.
- Add vegetables like finely diced bell peppers.
- Chill before slicing for easier handling.
