Description
Grilled chicken with a refreshing Greek yogurt and cucumber sauce.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated cucumber, squeezed dry
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Serve grilled chicken with a dollop of tzatziki sauce.
Notes
- You can use chicken thighs instead of breasts.
- Adjust the amount of garlic and dill to your preference.
- Tzatziki sauce can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
