Description

Grilled chicken with a refreshing Greek yogurt and cucumber sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated cucumber, squeezed dry
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  5. Serve grilled chicken with a dollop of tzatziki sauce.

Notes

  • You can use chicken thighs instead of breasts.
  • Adjust the amount of garlic and dill to your preference.
  • Tzatziki sauce can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
