Description
A refreshing and healthy smoothie combining berries and green tea.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup brewed green tea, chilled
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon honey or other sweetener (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sweetener to your taste.
- For a thicker smoothie, use frozen berries and skip the ice.
