Description
An anti-inflammatory pudding with strawberries and chia seeds.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine strawberries, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a jar or bowl.
- Stir well to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until thickened.
- Stir again before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Top with additional fruit or nuts if desired.
