Description

This easy dump cake recipe uses just 5 ingredients and creates a light, lemony dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 box (15.25 ounces) lemon cake mix
  • 1 box (3.4 ounces) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup cold milk or water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In the prepared baking dish, sprinkle the dry lemon cake mix evenly over the bottom.
  3. Sprinkle the dry instant lemon pudding mix evenly over the cake mix.
  4. Pour the undrained crushed pineapple evenly over the pudding mix.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the pineapple.
  6. Pour the cold milk or water evenly over the top. Do not stir.
  7. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
