Ingredients
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 boneless chicken breasts (sliced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Cook pasta according to package instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
- Brown chicken in olive oil with garlic until cooked through
- Mix cooked pasta with marinara sauce
- Layer pasta mixture and chicken in baking dish
- Top with cheeses
- Bake 15-20 minutes until bubbly
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving
