Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 whole wheat tortillas or wraps
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt or sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in turmeric, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Warm tortillas according to package instructions.
- Divide chicken mixture among the tortillas.
- Top with sliced avocado and chopped cilantro.
- Add a dollop of Greek yogurt or sour cream if desired.
- Wrap tightly and serve.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
- Spicy food lovers can add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
