Easy and delicious Sheet Pan Chicken Parmesan.

- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place flour in a separate shallow dish. Place beaten eggs in a third shallow dish.
- Dredge each chicken piece in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumb mixture. Place coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Spoon marinara sauce over each chicken piece and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
Notes
- Ensure chicken is cut into uniform pieces for even cooking.
- Adjust seasonings to your preference.
