Easy and delicious Sheet Pan Chicken Parmesan.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow dish, whisk eggs and milk.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Place coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Spoon marinara sauce over each chicken breast, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil, if desired.

- Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Adjust seasonings to your preference.
- Serve with pasta or a side salad.
