Description

A vibrant and colorful gelatin salad with distinct layers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large box (6 ounces) red gelatin
  • 1 large box (6 ounces) orange gelatin
  • 1 large box (6 ounces) yellow gelatin
  • 1 large box (6 ounces) green gelatin
  • 1 large box (6 ounces) blue gelatin
  • 1 large box (6 ounces) purple gelatin
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • Boiling water
  • Cold water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the first layer of gelatin according to package directions using boiling water and cold water. Pour into a 9×13 inch pan. Chill until firm.
  2. For the second layer, prepare one box of gelatin using half the amount of cold water called for on the package. Mix with half of the sweetened condensed milk. Pour over the first firm layer. Chill until firm.
  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 with the remaining colors of gelatin, alternating between clear and creamy layers.
  4. Chill the salad for several hours or overnight until completely set.
  5. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Ensure each layer is completely set before adding the next layer.
  • Chill the sweetened condensed milk before mixing with the gelatin for a smoother consistency.
  • You can substitute sugar-free gelatin and condensed milk for a lower sugar option.
