Description

No-bake truffles made with Golden Oreos, cream cheese, and white chocolate.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (14.3 ounce) package Golden Oreo cookies
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (4 ounce) packages white chocolate bark, melted

Instructions

  1. Crush the entire package of Golden Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the cookie crumbs with the softened cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill the balls for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt the white chocolate bark according to package directions.
  6. Dip each chilled ball into the melted white chocolate, coating completely.
  7. Place the coated truffles back on the lined baking sheet.
  8. Chill again until the chocolate is set.

Notes

  • You can use a food processor to crush the cookies.
  • Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for easy mixing.
  • Add sprinkles or cookie crumbs on top of the wet chocolate for decoration.
