No-bake truffles made with Golden Oreos, cream cheese, and white chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 (14.3 ounce) package Golden Oreo cookies
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 (4 ounce) packages white chocolate bark, melted
Instructions
- Crush the entire package of Golden Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- Mix the cookie crumbs with the softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the balls for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate bark according to package directions.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted white chocolate, coating completely.
- Place the coated truffles back on the lined baking sheet.
- Chill again until the chocolate is set.
Notes
- You can use a food processor to crush the cookies.
- Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for easy mixing.
- Add sprinkles or cookie crumbs on top of the wet chocolate for decoration.
