Description

A refreshing frozen cocktail blending tequila, Aperol, grapefruit, and lime for a tangy-sweet summer drink.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 3 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 2 cups ice
  • Salt or sugar for rim (optional)
  • Grapefruit slice or lime wedge for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add ice to a blender.
  2. Pour tequila, Aperol, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup over the ice.
  3. Blend until smooth and slushy.
  4. Rim glasses with salt or sugar (optional) and pour mixture in.
  5. Garnish with grapefruit slice or lime wedge. Serve immediately.
