Ingredients

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese, dill, chives, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly.
- Slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.
