A restaurant-quality copycat recipe of Carrabba’s famous herb-infused olive oil for dipping bread. This Mediterranean-inspired blend features garlic, oregano, and Italian herbs mixed with extra virgin olive oil, ready in just minutes with no cooking required.

- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all the dried herbs and spices: oregano, basil, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour the extra virgin olive oil into a shallow serving dish or small bowl.
- Add the herb and spice mixture to the olive oil.
- Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Let the mixture sit for at least 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse into the oil.
- If using, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top just before serving.
- Serve with warm crusty Italian bread for dipping.
