Description

Make delicious bourbon balls with this simple recipe.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • Additional confectioners’ sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed vanilla wafers, pecans, confectioners’ sugar, and cocoa powder in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together bourbon and corn syrup.
  3. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. Roll each ball in additional confectioners’ sugar to coat.
  6. Store in an airtight container.
