- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve hot.
