- 1 pizza dough
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Stretch or roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Transfer dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with fresh basil.
- Slice and serve immediately.
