Description

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Stretch or roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the ricotta cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheeses over the ricotta mixture.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.
