- Pizza dough
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Stretch or roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the ricotta cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheeses over the ricotta mixture.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.
- Slice and serve hot.
