Description
A delicious pizza featuring three cheeses, lemon, and basil.

- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to pizza crust package instructions.
- In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped basil, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Brush the pizza crust with olive oil.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
- Bake according to package directions until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.
Notes
- You can use other types of cheese if desired.
- Add red pepper flakes for a touch of heat.
- Serve with a side salad.
